Feature-Specific Permissions
Floating Window & Notifications
Aive Browser provides floating windows and in-app notifications to streamline your access to important tools and timely updates.
- Floating Window: Enables convenient multitasking by allowing essential functions to remain accessible while using other apps.
- Notifications: Supply updates such as reminders and browsing-related alerts.
You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
QR Code Scanning
Our integrated QR scanner requires access to your device's camera. The scan results remain solely on your device. No captured data is stored, uploaded, or shared externally.
Google Voice Search
To support voice-enabled search, we may request microphone access. Processing is handled via the system's SpeechRecognizer API, and no voice data is collected or transmitted.
Process Management
The task manager requires access to app activity in order to optimize performance. All data remains local; we do not store or transmit process information.
Notification Management
Aive Browser may use notification listener permissions to simplify notification handling. These permissions can be disabled at any time, and no data is shared with third parties.
Diagnostic Tools
Network traffic, device status, speed test, and battery check diagnostic tools function exclusively on your device. They may require limited system access to display accurate results but never collect personal identifiers or transfer data externally.
Clear Browsing Data
You may delete browsing history, cookies, and cached files at any time. All such actions occur locally without external collection.
Scheduled News Notifications
We deliver scheduled news alerts using system scheduling APIs. No user-specific data is collected for this feature. Disabling it in settings will stop notifications.
Cookies
Cookies may be used to ensure smooth website functionality. While Aive Browser itself does not harvest cookie data, external websites may use cookies in line with their policies.
